Passionate, transformational leader and Master’s level I/O Psychology practitioner with more than ten years of experience in program planning and development, curriculum development, staff training and supervision, quality assurance, and problem solving in the mental health and I/DD fields. More recently I have embarked on a journey of education and have achieved a BS in Psychology and completed my MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in July 2020. I am now embarking on a journey to combine my experience and eduation to help strengthen organizations in the areas of leadership and staff development. In addition to my pursuits in leadership, training and psychology I have spent more than twenty years pursuing different aspects of Christian ministry. I have volunteered in several different capacities and have also spent four years as a full-time missionary with Youth With A Mission and four years as a Youth Pastor with Connection Ministries in Oregon City. I have had the opportunity to preach and teach the Bible and Christian Living in Germany, Ethiopia, Taiwan, Thailand, Haiti, and South Africa as well as the United States and have written two books available on Amazon. I also had the opportunity to serve in various practical ways such as build houses for the poor, teach English to children, and minister to the homeless. Currently I am serving as the Director of Small Groups at Move Church and also by facilitating their membership classes and working with the junior high students ministry.
