Working within the Casino Team for a leading Crypto focused online casino. First point of contact between with game providers.Monitoring all network promotions from casino game providers.Be aware of all new and current game provider promotional tools and push for new ones when required and requested internally.Monitor and maintain exposure values across all currencies to ensure that they are in full alignment. With particular focus on Crypto currencies given their more volatile nature.Push for and negotiate better country exposure for providers that currently block key regions.Daily/Weekly reporting of game activity and trends.Liaise with internal teams on the game release schedule and recommend games for exposure where relevant.Rigorous testing across all currencies on all new game releases and feedback internally any issues.

In daily two-way contact with other organisational departments where appropriate, most notably; Expansions, Legal & Compliance, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support.Principally dedicated to:The pursuit of a Greatest Gaming Experience and improved KPIs, such as but not limited to; NGR, Actives, Turnover, Game Rounds, Incidents, etc.Understanding the product strategy so as to provide sound support to the business, contribute to internal dialogue and analyse the competitive environment.Monitoring the P&T Roadmap and Top Initiatives to plan for, and execute, the delivery of necessary items from a Casino Team perspective.Building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing commercial partners. Including conference and industry event attendance where required. Delivering upon requests either from stakeholders or management about our product range; reports, audits, reviews, presentations, debriefs, etc.Improving processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency and control costs within both the team and wider organization where appropriate.Responsibilities in core areas include:Expansion; acting as the key point of contact within the Casino Team for geographic or brand expansion projects. Also assist in the collective review of new game providers as product expansion.Legal & Compliance; assisting the relevant teams to ensure that regulatory compliance needs are met across our games portfolio in active markets.Operations; representing the core casino offering in a timely, correct and professional manner. The Alternative Obsessions brand was created to bring world wide musical tallent to Malta whilst simultanipusly raising the profile of Maltese bands to a wider audience and the international market. We are passionate about what we do and really feel that we could make a difference to the alternative scene here in Malta. We want to achieve this by focusing on two main things…getting great bands over here and promoting Maltese bands. My primary role within Alternative Obsessions has been the procurement of sponsorship funds. I have been in contact with a number of household names with a view to building long lasting working relationships.I am also heavily involved in the hands on planning and running of live events. Making sure that all bands are catered for during an event, most notably hospitality for our headline acts who have come from the UK, Holand, America and Canada.Durning my time with Alternative Obsessions I have also had dealings with promotion through local media including a personal apprearance on national radio.I am also charged with the administration and record keeping for Alternative Obsessions.

Working within the Susidance department of Halifax General Insurance I was responsible for the handling of 100+ claims from inception through to completion.A high level of custome service skills were required to ensure that all of the customers expectations we continualy met.An ability to monitor and plan all stages of the claims process including liasing with surveyors, local authorities, third parties and arboriculturist to ensure the smooth transition of the cliams process.

Responsible for updating the stock database of over 1 million individual items in a fast paced 24/7 environment.My duties also included taking delivery and checking purchase orders at the main CPI warehose and assisting with warhouse duties including fork lift truck driving.
