As the resident DJ, I am responsible for curating music playlists to be played throughout the day, booking artists and performing 3-nights a week.

I have built a combined audience of 210,000 across all my social platforms. On YouTube, my main channel "Matt James" I build travel content, and on my second channel "The Medic Matthew" I showcase my life as a medical, whilst providing helpful education techniques to help students thrive.I have worked on successful campaigns for the likes of the following global brands: GetYourGuide, Everlast, Adidas, Hyatt, Joby, UniLad, iRobot, Melitta, FitnessFirst, Men's Health, Better Help, to name a few. This involves me single-handedly producing advertising content to be shared across my global marketing channels, in order to support their commercial goals.I now manage a team of 3 video editors in order to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Working with teachers to construct bespoke educational videos for their students to access from home, thus providing schools with an education continuity solution and students with an enhanced video learning resource.

Having identified the lack of events available to youths, whilst considering their desire to party/socialise with like-minded individuals, endeavoured to resolve this by pioneering themed events for 12-17 year olds in a safe and regulated environment.Acquired operational experience through role delegation and management of affiliated companies. Pitched persuasively to engage partners, whilst enforcing budgets to ensure returns. Devised creative sales and marketing strategies using school tours and online advertising. Formulated a plan, executed an idea and made pivotal decisions under intense pressure when informed of venue licensing breaches.

- Single-handedly embarked on a 4-week school tour to promote an anti-bullying campaign.- Assisted the agency coordinate the school tour plan across various cities.- Sourced merchandise: designed and printed T-shirts, wristbands, posters and flyers.- Constructed, refined and presented engaging 1-hour educational assemblies to schoolchildren, raising awareness for anti-bullying and online safety. - By delivering 4 sessions to 2 schools daily, this reached over 20,000 pupils, and was followed by selling merchandise to offset tour costs incurred.

My role was to oversee all issues youths face in my constituency and to act as the voice of young people in my county. I would take this information and work with the council in order to request budget, services, organise fundraisers etc. to improve the lives of the youth. Heavily involved communicating with people ranging from children to the elderly. Had weekly meetings and led public talks. Followed by a weeks work placement within The Office of Mr. Nigel Evans, MP. Parliament, Westminster, where I was introduced to the field of politics whilst shadowing Mr. Nigel Evans, MP. Worked with his team filing documents, and observed skilful debating and public-speaking techniques employed by politicians during debates in the House of Commons and Lords.
