I recently graduated with an MBA with an emphasis in Sport Management at Aurora University. For my undergraduate, I received a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management and Business Administration at Loras College. I was also a student-athlete as a member of the Loras baseball team. Additional activities included being a member of the Sport Business Club and being a previous member of PBL Business Club. I work well with others in teams and communicating with other team members to complete tasks and accomplish set goals. I work well both in a team setting and an independent setting. My skills include being an active listener, a responsible contributor, an effective communicator, and being a problem solver. I can interpret data by creating graphs and charts in different software programs. I am knowledgeable using the following Microsoft programs: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I have certifications for using Excel and Google Analytics. I am also familiar with updating websites and keeping game statistics using SIDEARM Sports. My previous job experience includes completing an internship with the Kane County Cougars, a member of the American Association of Professional Baseball, located in Geneva, IL. I was a part of game day operations to create an unforgettable fan experience and atmosphere. I also worked in Loras's Athletic Communications Office. Work during office hours has taught me how to edit the athletics website, edit pictures, create new pages with new information, and write recaps and previews. Working game days has taught me how much goes into running a collegiate athletic event, from promoting events, keeping statistics, and using social media.
