Responsible for the operation and management of the facility including supervising staff, assignment of tasks, inspection and maintenance of equipment including but not limited to ropes, carabiners, belay devices, climbing wall, and TruBlue devices. Conduct hands-on scheduling and payment of large groups and parties.Assess and distribute daily schedule breakdowns of staff hours and responsibilities. Communicate policies and procedures for safety and security of the building and its guests.Maintain CPR and First Aid Certifications.
