Monty's was an independent Cafébar and Pizzeria based in Salford. I launched the project collaborating with my partner who had a background in hospitality. We pitched the Idea to Business Finance Solutions and acquired funding for the project, I was responsible for leading on the Branding and Marketing for the business. Furthermore I was responsible for management across the entire business with a staff of five. The project was a valuable lesson in growing a business from the roots up.
