Leadership Acceleration Program Associate
Highmark’s Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) is an expedited track to leadership consisting of 4 cross-functional rotations including Customer, Corporate, Provider, and Operations.Rotation 1: Living Health (Customer)- Supported Highmark's Blended Health Strategy through project management of 5 curated health workstreams.- Served as core member of a design team to develop a screening tool for anxiety/depression and a tool for clinical decision support. - Outlined strategy for quantifying the measurement of customer experience.Rotation 2: AHN (Provider)- Managed operations at COVID-19 vaccination clinic administering over 200 vaccinations daily.- Lead network-wide respiratory-fit program for clinicians, analyzed large data sets and presented weekly updates to site leadership.Rotation 3: Operational Excellence (Operations)- Completed comprehensive analysis and documentation of the insurance product development process. Provided recommendations and gained executive sponsorship, received funding as a multiyear enterprise initiative. - Independently led multiple workstreams supporting the Standard Operating Model including but not limited to facilitation of workshops, communication of department wide programs, and partnering with key leaders. Rotation 4: Enterprise Strategy Enablement (Corporate)- Partnered with Executives to oversee the implementation of Planview technology solution across 43 markets, segments, and functions to tie multi-year business plans together across the enterprise.- Managed and mentored 2 overseas workers to identify and resolve risks related to technology implementation. - Organized logistics of training 150+ Directors and VPs in the Planview technology tool. Created supplementary documentation and artifacts to support readiness and adoption of Planview for multi-year strategic planning.
