I am a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring Practice at FTI Consulting and I lead the UK Business Transformation team. Before joining FTI Consulting in July 2023, I spent 25 years as a restructuring. transformation and turnaround adviser with Arthur Andersen, AlixPartners, KPMG & McKinsey & Company where I led the UK RTS/Transformation practice. I also spent 3 years as UK CFO of an outdoor advertising company before leading the sale of business to JC Decaux in 2010. I specialise in helping corporate clients manage through periods of fast paced organisational and financial change with the objective of building value for all stakeholders. I have deep experience of stakeholder management, cash and working capital management, cost optimisation, business planning and transformation and financial re-organisations.
