Responsible for the business leadership and product management of Nasdaq's Risk Modelling for Catastrophes (NRMC) service, including:- Leading the NRMC team- P&L responsibility- Developing and implementing the roadmap for a SaaS based catastrophe modelling platform incorporating the Oasis Loss Modelling Framework and hosting models from 12 different catastrophe model vendors- Developing a new open source data standard for exposure data - the Open Exposure Data (OED) format

Helping firms understand and manage their insurance related catastrophe risk management through providing catastrophe risk consulting and training.

• Created a new global Cat management team from the existing teams • Led Zurich's Cat risk management across all lines of business, customer segments and geographies, including modelling, reporting, underwriting, pricing and planning• Established a dedicated R&D focus resulting in a better view of risk for key Cat perils and an increased ability to justify the view of risk• Frequent guest and presenter at Global Underwriting Committee and Group Reinsurance Committee meetings. Led the UK personal lines actuarial pricing team with a focus on home and motor insurance and responsibilities including performance monitoring, statistical analyses, geographical rating areas, use of external data, and predictive analytics
