With EcoShield, I have had the privilege of working with some of the best sales training programs in the industry, and have been able to learn so many valuable skills along with it. I believe sales is so directly transferable to many different aspects of business, and that is why I am trying to learn as much as I can along my journey as an EcoShield Sales Representative. Throughout my time as a sales representative, and now as a manager, I have learned the importance of:1) The essence of a strong work ethic2) How to sell not only a product, but yourself as well3) How to effectively interact with customers, employers, and fellow colleagues 4) How to take advantage of every opportunity that is placed in front of you 5) How to not only communicate effectively and properly, but use a set of priceless communication skills that will last a lifetimeThese are a few things that I have learned so far, but I know there is so much room for growth and I can't wait to see what comes next!

I started off as a warehouse floor worker doing any job the floor manager needed me to do: 1) Packing trailers2) Transferring cartons of eggs from boxes to racks3) Packing cartons of eggs into boxes4) Repairing pallets5) Tac welding wire baskets6) Doing basic mechanic work in the mechanic shop onsiteI then moved on to shadowing management where I learned:1) The culture of office life2) Team building and leadership skills3) How an operations branch is run smoothly and effectively
