I’m a software engineer and the author of “How Computers Really Work." I’m currently launching a new software company – Carolina Compute. I previously worked at Microsoft in various engineering roles, from debugging the Windows kernel, to developing automated fixes, to leading a team of engineers who built diagnostic tools and services.
