Whether it be streamlining processes so that work which took days now takes hours or developing new solutions to persistent headaches*, I've been able to quickly uncover operational bottlenecks and identify strategic solutions.*headaches include but are not limited to:- Evolving accounting standards- Updated regulatory reporting requirements- Auditor queries, questions, requests, and demands- IT troubleshooting My role at Hannover Re (Bermuda) Ltd. has exposed me to the underbelly of the 4th largest reinsurer of the world. My P&C role focuses mainly on financial, group, regulatory and investment reporting with heavy involvement in the ILS retrocession and group protections. I am passionate about improving internal processes, mainly through automation, and delivering accurate results.I'm a big believer in giving back to the community. I'm a volunteer Director and Treasurer with Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Arts. Masterworks is a non-profit which focuses on enriching the community through art and education. My single goal is to ensure the long-term financial stability of the Foundation by supporting the Executive Director and Board members through sound fiscal management.
