Performed enterprise forensic analysis on servers in the data center and employee laptops. Learned new forensic techniques including live analysis that can drastically reduce evidence capture and processing time to a few hours instead of days; and can be performed remotely. As application security lead, I identified security flaws and guided remediation efforts. I also had a key role in our PCI 3.1 audit and remediation. Actively worked with engineering to ensure the security team was an enabler and not a blocker. Designed creative solutions to ensure multiple, redundant layers of security were always present in the event any one control was comprised. Created a system to identify and take action on malicious bots and users on the stubhub website. Created tools for Trust and Safety teams to help identify and track malicious activity. Created easy to use proof of concepts for dev teams as well as guided application security architecture.
