I was responsible for multiple areas of property management and building maintenance at a 33-unit condominium building on the beach, including scheduling and execution of various maintenance tasks encompassing electrical, plumbing, concrete, irrigation, landscaping, painting, carpentry, HVAC, pool cleaning and maintenance, and general cleaning. Responsible for contacting, scheduling, and coordinating contractors and vendors working on property for the association or individual unit owners. Maintained regular communication with unit owners to address individual maintenance concerns and schedule routine weekly unit checks in owner’s absence.

I was responsible for multimillion-dollar sound wall projects including crew supervision, ordering equipment, cranes, supplies, and materials. I arranged lodging and transportation for crew members, as needed, did job costing and receipt coding per job, kept track of and submitted time sheets, and played a major role in on-site hands on setting of concrete wall panels. Performed modifications and repairs of materials as needed on site and in plant. Responsible for leading the crew that set a record for the panels installed in one day. Communicated with inspectors, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful job completion. Obtained and maintained multiple certifications: Train the Trainer Certifications enabling me to teach the necessary class materials to certify Trainers at Rigger Level 1 and Signal Person Level 1; Trainer Rigger Level 1; Trainer Signal Person Level 1; 30-Hour OSHA Certification; Man-Lift Operation and Inspection Certification

I performed all aspects of construction, remodeling, and repair for residential and commercial contracts including review of blue prints, execution of scope of contract, job planning and site layout. I supervised and worked alongside multiple trades including structural and flat concrete, carpentry, electrical, drywall, painting, texturing, flooring, and roofing. I was responsible for the smooth operation of multiple jobs ranging from small repairs and full room renovations to commercial construction, office, and multifamily home remodels. I oversaw and periodically worked alongside a commercial structural concrete crew operating heavy equipment, tying rebar, forming walls, pile caps, and tie beams. I was responsible for accurate layout of footings, piers, and anchor bolts for steel erections. I supervised prep, pour, and finishing of interior, and exterior slab on grade, sidewalks, curbs, bollard layout, and installation. I also assisted maintenance technicians with transition into properties that were interested in ongoing property management services.
