We started with a mission of economically empowering women in developing countries. This led us to importing and roasting amazing coffee powered by women in rural Rwanda. As a founder, my responsibilities are extensive, however I mainly specialize in the following:- Manage business development- Manage quality control and physical operations- Mange coffee sourcing & importation supply chain

> Manage all aspects of maintenance, rental contracts (short and long term), regular communication, and up keep of a multi-unit residential apartment building in New Orleans> Supervise and direct 3 contract employees remotely> Previously managed a $150,000+ in renovations, including a full replacement of t he electrical system, installation of central air conditioning units and furnaces, roof replacement, adding 2,000 SQFT (200M2) of living space, and full abatement of all lead paint interior and exterior

A field internship in asset management, fleet management, and procurement. My role has been focused on operation support and improving workflows. Projects Completed:- Developed an asset codification and tracking procedure for all offices in Cameroon including personally re-cataloging and codify all assets in the head office and thee sub-offices- Developed tracking sheets for vehicle maintenance tracking- Developed country-wide procedures, documentation, and simple database for supplier evaluation of every delivery received

Private tour guide and logistical planner for a group trip from the United States to Australia and New Zealand. > Planned and executed all logistics (transportation, accommodation, sightseeing tours, and food) for a 35 day, $20,000 USD, group trip through Australia and New Zealand> Communicate and negotiate contracts and payment of all said logistics, including vehicle rentals, 10 flights, 5 ferry rides, 35 nights of accommodation in 14 locations, and all group meals

> Identified and facilitated relationships with potential business partners and donors, cultivating $1,100,000MSRP in novel material donations > Developed the Partnership Letter Program, turning 15 local furniture companies into active donors and advocates for NOAHH’s mission > Supported and coordinated NOAHH staff daily in retrieving donations and ensuring positive giving experience for donors

The Louisiana Bucket Brigade is an environmental health and justice organization that works with fence-line neighbors of petro-chemical facilities get free of industrial pollution. > Created a door-to-door outreach and membership program from the ground up, which facilitated 55,000 conversations, raising over $200,000 in donations and recruiting over 700 volunteers> Identified, interviewed, hired, oriented, trained, and managed a team of 5-14 canvassing Organizers, 3 interns, and 1 AmeriCorps VISTA> Managed LABB’s entire individual donation program by developing and maintaining relationships with donors, grossing $100,000 annually> Oversaw and directly handled all donor recognition, mailings, data entry, and data systems

Co-led a crew of 8 AmeriCorps members, completing trail building and maintenance projects sponsored by the US Forest Service, National Park Service, and Alaskan Department of Transportation.>Worked autonomously with sponsors during multiple week projects>Completed daily and weekly logistical planning for the crew>Cultivated crew dynamics and morale while maintaining work ethic and group cohesion

Organized a community service day to construct a community garden for the local homeless shelter.-Managed 20 volunteers in environmental cleanup, bed construction, and relocation of 10 tons of cinder blocks-Networked with 3 local organizations to provide volunteers

Laid the foundation for a campus-wide collaborative fundraiser for the Red Cross's relief work in Haiti after the 2010 Earthquake.>Brought awareness to the Red Cross's Humanitarian work and crisis in Haiti>Raised over $4000 from university students and faculty through multiple small events

Utilize senses learning techniques to teach emergency life-saving skills-Guided students through readings, video, and skills practice focusing on retention-Financed, advertised, and scheduled classes given on WMU's campus-Exemplify the principals of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement

-Found the funding, membership base, and structure to form a self-sufficient organization-Networked with partners in other campus organizations to create community rapport-Developed a campaign around a blood drive challenge between WMU and rival school-Managed the budget and setup a financial structure for the club

Non-partisan advertising, educating, and fostering students rights as American citizens-Actively registed students to vote and recruited new volunteers-Averaged 10 hours a week phone-banking for recruitment and discussing progressive poltical issues-Facilitated a week-long voter registration blitz
