• Provide day-to-day technical and analytical support for Instinet’s algorithmic trading product which includes but not limited to:- Real-time monitoring of algorithmic order flow for the US, Canada, and Latin America to ensure continuous trading- Liaising with our development team in the escalation of both issues and enhancement requests. Including bug and enhancement tracking to ensure prompt resolution through the use of Jira & Fogbugz- Fielding inquiries from our electronic trading desks and external customers for both troubleshooting and/or consultation on algo strategy and performance• Research and performance investigation post-trade, using our TCA tools to ensure quality customer performance• Provide internal and external customer assistance for our widely used EMS, Newport• Develop custom customer strategy solutions not found in our “off the shelf” offerings
