The Director of Staffing Strategy works with HR leadership to facilitate employee engagement and satisfaction across the brand. The mission of this position is encourage belonging and career development at every level of Christian Brothers Automotive. This role is also responsible for planning and executing annual efforts to measure and increase employee engagement, career satisfaction, retention, and other HR strategic initiatives.

I have the privilege of serving RTI team members by helping the organization grow, learn and develop. Primarily, I am responsible for enabling RTI to better respond and adapt to industry/market changes and technological advances. Also, I create, implement and administer training programs for company team members across worldwide locations.

I have the privilege of leading our Business Insights team where our vision is to empower all with meaningful data. We work to make others successful by proactively providing accurate, relevant and real-time data. This starts with the overall strategy and philosophy of reporting, continuing on to the creation and continued development of reports (data import/migration, ETL, visualizations and more), and ensuring accurate analysis and understanding of the reports.

Working to provide meaningful data in an insightful way to corporate team members and franchise owners in order to review progress, identify opportunities and propel forward to success. Primary responsibilities include: coordinate company-wide, macro-level metrics and analysis for all stores; create new and build upon current benchmarks and targets for store performance; develop standardization of reports, methodology, and measurements; and support Franchise Performance Consultants in analyzing their stores and identifying opportunities for growth and reasons for success.

Primary relationship for equipping franchisees to achieve their goals by excelling in the CBA model through profitability, customer service, staffing, and operations.Through regular conversation (phone, video conference, and store visits) we ensure each business is successful. Areas of discourse include but are not limited to: strategic planning and vision, goal setting, operations, workflow, staffing, HR, financial statements, basic accounting and IT items, marketing, etc.

Managed and led a Young Life area with a $350,000+ budget, 4 ministries, 4 staff members and dozens of volunteers.
