As the Learning and Development Manager at Albireo, a biopharmaceutical company focused on rare liver diseases, I lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives that support the company's growth and culture. I also manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and provide data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions and actions.I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor's Degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, where I participated in the Magis Program, Theta Alpha Kappa, and the College Honors Program. I also studied abroad at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. Before joining Albireo, I was a classroom teacher for several years, teaching in various schools across the United States. I have a passion for creating engaging and personalized learning experiences that foster social and emotional skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking. I have developed and delivered curriculum, lesson plans, public speaking, and staff development workshops, using data-driven and evidence-based approaches.
