I fill all the roles to manage micro market accounts. Ordering, pulling, delivering, customer service, researching, analysis, performance, and the list goes on. By understanding each accounts different trends allows me to be put a personal touch on each. This creates a unique customer experience that is not given by bigger corporations. This personal approach is what separates us from the big guys and the skills I use everyday are found across many roles in a variety of industries.

Organized marketing events for clients at select locations and trade fairs. I had to use marketing research and analysis before the campaigns would take place to maximize performance when executed. I had a team of 6 other individuals whom I managed, trained, and empowered using tried and true management techniques. Managing campaigns includes, the layout and design of the event, as well as playing to the teams strengths to make sure goals are achieved. It is very personal and rewarding when the team comes together to be successful.

I represent a manufacturer of janitorial products including, but not limited to, paper products, chemicals, and janitorial supplies to companies and potential clients. My duties include marketing for the manufacturer, generating leads, and acquiring/managing accounts. My current focus is on creating accounts with hotels and other firms in the hospitality industry.
