I am a Operations Manager who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and sits on the Executive Leadership Team. My key focuses are to drive performance for all venues, including; P&L performance, customer satisfaction strategy and performance, coaching and development of my team and their venues, bench development including recruitment and project management of new store openings.
