Summer seasonal position. Working with the Park Attendant team, ensure smooth operation of the campground at Bakers Narrows Provincial Park.Conduct transactions with customers, including those with regards to camping reservations, park permits or fishing licenses, while properly handling confidential customer information.Assist customers with inquiries or concerns related to the Parks Reservation Service, and/or Manitoba regulations (parks, fishing, or otherwise).Maintain cleanliness of the campground, including campsites and buildings. Perform minor maintenance where necessary.

Summer position held while enrolled at the University of Saskatchewan. Assist with a variety of jobs within the Information Technology department:Provide desktop support (remotely and in-person) to users of varying roles in areas throughout the mining facility, occasionally of time-sensitive or critical nature.Set up/take down hardware, as well as repair when possible to return to the field/inventory, or create repair/replace requests with vendors.Answer helpdesk phone and manage walk-up requests as part of first-line support. Take down information to create accurate and descriptive incident reports, followed by assisting users or elevating to the proper specialist.Utilize various software, including: ServiceNow ticketing system, ManageEngine asset management, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Connection.Set up and troubleshoot both Mitel VoIP and cellular phones.
