Assist with a variety of jobs within the Information Technology department:Provide desktop support (remotely and in-person) to users of varying roles in areas throughout the mining facility, occasionally of time-sensitive or critical nature.Set up/take down hardware, as well as repair when possible to return to the field/inventory, or create repair/replace requests with vendors.Answer helpdesk phone and manage walk-up requests as part of first-line support.
