Invited to participate as an Intern on District Attorney Joe Early’s re-election campaign. I gained experience in social media relations, assisting in drafting posts for and maintaining the campaign’s Facebook webpage. Became acquainted with VoteBuilder and have a functional knowledge of how to create canvassing districts and input and format data within the site. Assisted the Field Manager in all associated tasks including public events traveling broadly within the District and attending important events, taking pictures for the campaign and sustaining relations with Volunteers. Gained a practical knowledge of management and relations with volunteers.

Worked with Assistant District Attorney’s as well as the Outreach Program. Learned key operations of both Central District Court and Superior Court as well, handled paperwork, note taking and organizational management for Assistant District Attorneys. As part of the Outreach program, I set-up community events and presented information to parents, children, and other participants regarding awareness and safety associated with the Opioid Epidemic and cyber-bullying. I was Co-leader of a select team of interns tasked with researching the Opioid Epidemic, planning special events to promote awareness and combat stigma. I compiled and summarized the details and drafted a memorandum to present to the District Attorney. Drafting memos for the District Attorney with relevance to the Opioid Epidemic and assisted in the planning of an event to promote awareness and combat stigma.

Trained beginner and intermediate level goalkeepers teaching goalkeeping techniques, goalkeeping strategies, teamwork principles, and how to safely execute plays. Responsibilities included creating and following a training regimen, progressing the players at their own paces, and player safety. Occasionally trained field players. Substituted as Camp Director as required, responsible for the engagement of all players, safety, compliance with State regulations, coaching assignments, and parental interaction.
