IBP is a strategic 15-week curriculum committed to preparing students for a career in the investment banking industry. Through this program, I have taught a comprehensive training program that provided an understanding of the fundamentals of investment banking, industry history, analyst responsibilities, valuation methodologies, and a case competition.

I completed an intern capstone project on a private company, including an executive summary, key positioning points, valuation using an LBO, DCF, and Public & Transaction Comps, prospective buyers, and presented to group head. I also created company frame-ups, edited pitch decks, screened for companies/transactions, and researched funds/buyers

I analyzed the test trial data for an educational down payment savings tool, and created a report to advise senior leader actions. Additionally, I Identified, researched, and presented a new strategic partnership that facilitates and promotes the concept of co-ownership. Finally, I was able to lead meetings with entrepreneurs and startup CEOs to assess their business models and gauge the fit within Quicken Loans.

I concluded a rotational program between financial planning, investment research, and small business development. I also evaluated the retirement strategies for nearly 500 clients by using projection software and financial account analysis. Finally, I prepared meeting agenda for each client interaction, including financial account analysis data and important topics.
