With a roll of wallpaper that is 17 feet long I like to map out thoughts about the customer experience in a way never thought of before. Beginning in events I always knew I saw 'things' differently. I experienced and felt something when I stood at finish sites, event control rooms or in car parks. Now, along with my PhD studies, I have developed customer journey workshops that inspire those taken part to think in a different way. I pride myself on thinking outside of the metaphorical box and achieve results that can push boundaries and questions overall goals. My adventures have taken me 'Around the World in 80 Events' experiencing what 80 events in 26 countries are and really understanding more than what the event was - but the impact, the environment and the bigger picture. Capturing people's imaginations is my objective in life and I aim to grow my teachings to inspire others to understand what customer experience is in a way never thought of before.
