Matt Lampe brings more than 25 years of technology leadership to organizations facing significant challenges, addressing technology, utilities and economic development issues. His public service as a CIO includes digital transformations within some of the largest municipalities in the Western U.S., where he implemented innovative technologies and frequently interacted with elected officials, community organizations and the general public.  His years at the C-level, with major cities and utilities, included technology transformations, including consolidation of technology governance, technology strategy development, and infrastructure innovation.  Lampe has delivered award-winning projects for improved operations and customer service in utility, public safety, and general government settings and in broadband access.In addition to technology strategy, technology governance, project direction, and broadband development, Lampe has demonstrated expertise in cyber security, directing the development of information security programs for entities with essential service and critical infrastructure responsibilities, addressing compliance with NERC, PCI DSS, FACTA, DOJ, HPPA, and participated in developing the NIST critical infrastructure protection framework.
