Although most of my professional career consists of teaching, I also have valuable experience in Business Management and more recently, in a supervisory role in manufacturing. My most notable quality I suppose is my adaptability. In the course of my career in both Education and Business, I have enjoyed an array of experiences spanning from corporate sale of catering packages in private boxes at the Hong Stadium during the renowned Hong Kong Rugby 7's, managing a team of over 300 part time staff, crewing a Chinese Junk boat with chefs and servers (performing each of those roles personally when required), managing the day to day of fully licensed restaurants, managing the Physical Education budget at Kingston International School, purchasing equipment when needed, curriculum development both independently and collaboratively, organizing overseas study tours, accompanying students and communicating with parents during overseas study tours, life long learning pursuits, private tuition of dozens of students in Mathematics, English and French languages, extra curricular activities coach, most notably a thriving Ball Hockey Club at Kingston, organizing large school wide events such as the Terry Fox Run for Cancer Research and much much more. I feel that I have a lot to offer any enterprise and hold worldly views and perspectives thanks in large part to my extended time overseas in Hong Kong. I've learned to maintain an open mind, the value of communication when managing people and working as part of a team.
