I assembled packaging in accordance with customer prints and specifications. The packing consisted of cardboard and foam, and I used elements such has hot glue and hot air welders to assemble the pieces.

I was responsible for coordinating the operators and the daily scheduling of the shift as well as processing payroll, employee time off, and maintaining accurate shift inventory.

I monitored and maintained the quality of products being made. I made sure the parts met customer specifications not only on appearance, but also that they measured within customer-specified tolerances. I used a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine for most measurements, and a Micro Vu vision system for others. The Zeiss utilized Calypso software. It was also my duty to instruct operators on quality requirements for each part and teach them what to look for and how to look for certain defects.
