• Supervised a group of four quality control personnel. Identified and implemented new manufacturing methods and techniques resulting in faster cycle times, quicker changeovers, improved quality, and reduced tooling.
• Evaluated and implemented new grinding wheel technology which provides 5x the life of the previous wheel resulting in a cost savings of $60K annually in wheel cost alone.
• Productivity project brought the black oxide process of Titanium Nitride step drills back in-house saving the company $20K annually while significantly reducing lead-time.

• Product Engineer for our Tap, Die, and Fastener Drive product categories. Primarily focused on new product development and managing the current product portfolio. Worked closely with the engineering manager, marketing.
• Developed innovative tap and die cutting tools with unique cutting geometries and built in alignmentfeatures generating $1.6 million in sales in the first year.
