I'm a goal-oriented individual whose always been a strong performer because I take the work I’m doing as if I’m the owner of the company. I have a deep understanding and expertise in the senior living space. My strong FP&A background combined with asset management experience has enabled me to develop skills that are very transferrable to other industries. Through my strong analytical background, I've been able to improve performance from an operations, occupancy, and expense/labor perspective. With my deep dives into financials and analytics I’ve been able to create more value in the assets that I’ve “owned”. I've collaborated amongst multiple disciplines to achieve proper budget/forecast goals that are aligned with company and investor goals. My leadership skills were developed over time, through my strong work ethic, analytical abilities and strategy implementation which allowed me to become a leader in each of the organizations I’ve been a part of. My abilities to create KPI dashboards with the use of Power BI enabled our organization to be able to make decisions quickly and efficiently while also providing our key stakeholders the ability to see how the KPIs were driving the business. Recognized as an engaged, inclusive leader, I'm known for bringing clarity, creating a learning culture, and keeping teams focused and successful by asking thoughtful questions and engaging them in critical leadership conversations.
