About Matthew Ledbetter
In the 12 years I have been employed at Stellantis N.V. (combined contractor and on-roll) I've worked primarily in vehicle dynamics development. Past full development projects include the 2014 RAM 2500 and RAM 3500 equipped with air suspension (class exclusive,) introduction of the 2015 RAM 1500 Rebel, the all new 2019 RAM 1500 and Rebel, and the 2022 Jeep Compass mid-cycle refresh. I've also assisted with handling development and performed shock tuning for production release of the RAM ProMaster cab-chassis and 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan. My most recent projects include the introduction of new suspension tuning of the all-new 2023 Jeep Compass GME-T4 powertrain, 2024 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, and laying the groundwork for three emerging EV programs. I've recently been reassigned the dynamics development responsibilities for the RAM Heavy Duty Pickup and Commercial Truck lineup.
