Created resource loaded integrated schedules and worked with the customer to implement CRI’s (cost reduction initiatives) to make the aircraft more affordable. Also worked with Earned Value Management (EVM), CPM, and risk analysis. Statement of Works (SOW’s) and implemented corresponding information into engineering change proposal schedules along with supplier development. PM for 5+ Million dollar tech refresh & overhaul program as a cost reduction initiative working with overseas, external, and international customers. Responsible for 8 direct reports for the project. Other IT related projects included various email/software conversion efforts for many different servers & operating systems. Managed engineer/architect team for all projects that identified future requirements of IT systems based on the business team’s forecast. Also managed relocation project for moving 300+ employees from Newark to Wilmington, involving: data migration, outside vendors, suppliers, and corporate real estate. Co-developed a database that combined all of UPS information with Microsoft MapPoint to plot all of their delivery stops on a hybrid map.
