30 years’ experience and knowledge has armed me with key skills to act on an advisory and management level to my Team and Customers.My experience stretches over OEM's like Acer, HP, Canon, Fujitsu, Asus, Epson, HyperVSN, Intel, SuperMicro, LG and Samsung, where I have managed their demands and stringent SLA’s.My skills and extensive experiences for 30 years in IT, Audio Visual, Data Centre’s and the electronics industry, in solutions, Hardware (Break-Fix), Training and Project management. My experience in the ITSM and Audio-Visual industry, with emphasis on problem solving and alternate solutions has given me an edge in this space. As Service Manager, IT system administrator and Technical Lead I need to navigate multiple demands to provide high level of service in a fast-paced deadline-orientated environment.As a Service Manager, IT Administrator and Technical lead, I manage a team of 13 specialized and highly skilled engineers and technically manage and skill 21 engineers nationwide. My responsibility is to ensure that our engineers have the right technical skills and knowledge, through constant training to perform their duties as well as Manage SLA’s, escalations and customer’s expectations. Team-work and collaboration are key to the service life cycle. I’m also nationally responsible for Internal IT, i.e. Office 365, hardware and infrastructure country wide (5 Branches).
