Growing up, my dad used to always tell me “it’s not what you say, but how you say it.” As many young kids do, I listened without really thinking about what he meant. As I grew older, however, I started to realize how truly powerful that statement could be. In a solution driven industry, delivery of the message can be just as, if not at times more, important as the message itself. Even more, creating an environment of professionalism and comfort each step of the way, not just upon final delivery, is of the utmost importance. I strive to bring an attitude of positivity, open-mindedness, empathy, and determination to effectively tackle any problem and create lasting solutions.As a consultant, I look to leverage experience, of both my own and others, and research to support my team and clients in identifying and creating solutions. Analyzing data to home in on trends, key facts, and best practices lays the foundation to create these solutions. The best part about what I do: I have the freedom to explore and work through challenges in my own unique way, hands-on industry experiences give me the opportunity to learn and grow, and support is always available when needed.
