Provided computer/phone based diagnostic support interaction to FCA Dealer Technicians utilizing FCA Dealer Connect database system to assist vehicle Body/Chassis problem resolution.

Carryout all garage operations relative to General Motors Corporate Tire and Wheel Testing. Execute all garage support operations pertinent to tire-wheel assembly testing for all General Motors’ platforms.  Perform Balance Audits, Vibration Complaint Diagnosis, Road Force Optimization and Tire Test Ride Evaluations. Maintain calibration of Laboratory and Garage balance testing equipment. Perform Wheel Uniformity “UASoft” Measurement Testing Perform Torque Tension Wheel Fastener Testing Perform High Precision Tire/Wheel Assembly Balancing (Manufacturer/Plant Style) Balancing

Formally assigned (contracted) to GM Tire & Wheel Systems Laboratory, eight years, as a test technician active in many levels/types of tire, wheel, tire/wheel assembly and fastener testing.

Preparation of fully assembled vehicles (GM and competative prducts) for validation FMVSS testing.
