I focus on prospects. I quote their information online with various insurance companies. I interact with underwriters from many companies to find the best coverages and the lowest prices for our prospects. I communicate with the prospects to get info that I need to help me quote and to make sure that they are happy and understand the process as it happens. I work with my producer to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work environment at Zeiler Insurance.

I create routes that our team will focus on to sell restaurant insurance. I take information that my team members send me and log it onto Pipeline (our company's database for restaurants). I prepare and give my team members the right template to deliver to the restaurants on their routes. I have our companies Facebook page like the Facebook pages of the restaurants on our routes.

I have done a lot of telemarketing. This consists of calling restaurants and setting up meetings with my general manager.I also have been working with my general manager to improve the company's social media presence. I helped my boss come up with a March Madness Campaign and many facts and video's that relate with Saint Patrick's Day and March Madness. I have put together numerous memes that will be posted on Facebook. I also have learned how to do quotas and blogging.
