Started as Staffing recruiter hiring nurses for various roles within different facility types. In August of 2017 I shifted to our Behavior Health department and began recruiting behavior technicians to work with children with autism. I grew a passion for this field and began to take on more of a patient care coordinator or program coordinator role. I helped grow our department and it’s diverse programming by starting a summer autism camp/program which doubled in size year over year.
