NetworkGaming is a consultant company dealing with developing and running websites for the online gaming industry. Our biggest clients are online businesses whereby NetworkGaming manages their websites, all aspects of marketing, software, systems and server administration.My role within the company includes developing and maintaining 10 websites, integrating new concepts through mediums such as HTML, PHP & Javascript. Another primary task being server database administration, customer record keeping and updating as well as contact via mass email messages and HTML newsletters to subscribers. I liaised with clients and workforce in the UK, the EU and America. I am also the first point of contact in the event of problems, working with the technical team and creating solutions.I am also responsible for technical support, whereby I help to maintain office computers and network, onsite as well as offsite. I provide technical advice to the company and customers, I also oversee all aspects from procurement of equipment, to installation and implementation. I also liaise with companies such as Dell, and Integratech on problems and solutions to all technical aspects of the company.

Better IT is a small yet rapidly growing information technology training business. Catering for both private individuals and businesses alike, Better IT provides training material covering a wide range of computer programs, including Microsoft, Macromedia and Sage Accounting on group presentation or 1-to-1 levels.As the Training Supervisor and Centre Manager, I report directly to the Managing Director. I oversee all training aspects and day-to-day running of the Worcester branch of the business. I was responsible for ordering and producing the training materials that our customers use, as well as conducting training seminars for everyone from small companies to blue-chip corporations.
