I am the Chief Financial Officer for Aquatec. My focus has been on refreshing the financial governance and reporting framework to ensure the Board and the Executive Leadership team are able to make informed strategic and operational decisions. I thrive when faced with a challenge where the organisation is making or fixing things. Commencing my career in accounting, my career has transitioned from auditing on a local then global scale, business operations, startups and multi-cultural leadership. I enjoy working in the infrastructure space, particularly being exposed to the next exciting wave of tech and being involved in fine tuning what products can do. I take a commercial perspective and get the fundamentals right which then allows me to influence and negotiate rather than force change. As a trusted finance leader with sound commercial acumen, I have a solid foundation in finance and risk with a high degree of integrity and strong ethical principles. Respected by Executive and Board stakeholders, I have global company experience with local adoption on a risk-reward basis. I have project and service business experience in multi-cultural environments and display a strong focus on strategy and opportunities to drive change programs. I have an approachable leadership style with a focus on shaping, forming, and developing people to the next level. I invite you to connect with me on LinkedIn and join my network.
