I am an Army Veteran with over 12 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and operations. I have a passion for problem-solving in complex environments and enjoy working cross functionally helping organizations achieve their objectives. Throughout my career I built and led high performing teams in fast-paced and highly technical environments from supporting the Secretary of Defense on domestic and foreign travel to leading polygraphers and cybersecurity experts protecting the Army’s most critical assets to overseeing the management of major Army acquisition programs.While serving as a company commander in the Army, I led a team that developed a strategy that included training solutions, technical solutions and a process improvement plan to protect the Army’s critical assets from physical and digital threats. During that time, my team was also responsible for the technical protection of the Secretary of Defense on over 65 missions across over 30 foreign countries.Today, I lead a cross functional teams that manages the acquisition of the Army's Close Combat Tactical Trainer, a virtual constructive product combining computer generated forces with manned modules for movement and maneuver training for the military warfighter.
