Awarded a position in the 2019 Summer Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities program. I conducted research on planet formation. I studied timescales for instability in 3-body planetary systems, and the thresholds of stability between mean motion resonances and secular chaos.

This experiment employs case-study based teaching to introduce students to complex physical problems, such as jamming and many-body systems, by measuring the mass flow rate of granular materials.
