Why I chose to do Diploma Management is because I had touched on a little experience with learning how to run an Own business and what sort of operations need to be in place aswell as Key performance Indicators. With Management I had touched on how to process and deal with people on a very different basis as opposed to what queries they would need for me to solve what problems are they experiencing. To control those factors I learnt that I must be always patient and eager to listen to every detail needed.
