• Assisting with the preparation, testing and shipping of customer and internal equipment loans.• Following internal systems and processes for equipment loans. This includes use of the Flex Rental Solutions cloud based inventory management tool.• Assisting with organisation of the equipment warehouse, including returning equipment to shelving and storage locations upon return. This role is mainly based around direct telephone and email support for a wide variety of broadcast products, ranging from cameras to live production switchers. Helping to educate and enable the customers to utilise the products to their full potential.Another aspect of the role is the testing and repairing of RMA devices. This can range from dismantling a camera and repairing its PCB, to replicating complex workflows with a wide array of broadcast equipment in a purpose built laboratory.
