Continuing on with work I began with during my internship. Currently working in a cleanroom, manufacturing facility to build units for DV testing required for FDA submission. My main focus during the manufacturing process is centered around wedge bonding, but I have also had a hand in building portable displays and in the assembly and masking of IG's. I also had a big role in the initial setup of the manufacturing facility as well as the organization of the inventory room. I collaborated with others to write the work instructions for the wedge bonding process. I preside over inspecting all product components when they are received as well as logging them into the quality system and the inventory room. I am proficient in the following quality system documentation: CO, RI, NMR, MR, SWO.

Employed full time, assisting in building units for FDA submission while also documenting best build practices and identifying potential scrap issues. Also working on projects to design, assemble, and test fixtures to be included in the manufacturing process in order to help increase yield rate during the production period.

As an engineering intern for Ameda, I gained experience through hands on work in the lab on various medical devices for nursing mothers such as breast pumps and related products. I performed a variety of tasks such as troubleshooting, validation testing, and data analysis. During the school year, I was kept on as a part time, independent contractor working for the marketing department.

Collaborated on a large-scale physics research project to determine the mass of a neutrino. Primarily worked with teams on stringing fiber optic cables through modules, using MATLAB-based programs to calculate the tension and light intensity in the cables. Also trained and supervised new student researchers.
