I have spend the majority of my professional career in recruitment. My first company - Worldwide Workers was established in 1995 as the first ever employment agency in Australia for working holiday makers. The company is still going today and is now called The Work and Travel Company. My second and current agency - The Kingsmen is also a specialty agency, in placing construction industry professionals on 417 working holiday visas into work that qualifies for the 2nd and 3rd year visa extension. In 2019 we introduced Hospitality as a core recruitment product - predominantly chefs, room attendants, bar and wait staff - to the resorts and major hotels industry.In 2021 - Our agency will introduce a new , budget recruitment products - Online backpacker jobs board which works like a dating app, where employers and backpackers can match and then communicate together.I am passionate about showcasing this unique group of flexible professionals. As global travel becomes easier and accessible to many, this opens up whole new markets of quality staff who are enthusiastic to contribute to the the Australian industries.

Some work is also in the Agricultural sectors. In 2021 - The Kingsmen will also be licensed to provide immigration advice and assistance for companies and individuals who wish to transfer over onto the Employer Nominated sponsorship visa.

It specilised in placing backpackers looking for their 2nd year visa into fruit picking positions. It operated for 4 years as a hostel until we upgraded - relocated it to Renmark in 2016 and operated it as a 4 star hotel.
