Within the first few years of my career I have had the privilege of experiencing a large variety of situations and opportunities that have taught and tested my skills as a leader, team member and communicator; which I believe has accelerated my development in those areas compared to my peers.From managing a team of 6 veteran quality technicians after less than 1.5 years of my start date, and graduation from college. To working in, and leading, teams of high performing and highly distinguished members of the organization (plant leaders, division leaders, corporate quality services and engineering departments, etc.).
