Siklus is a fresh and dried produce marketing company, adding value both locally and internationally, to growers and clients alike.Commodities include citrus, mango, butternut and a variety of dried fruit. Products are exported to established clients in various markets across the globe, including Europe, Russia, Middle-East, Asia and Southern Africa.

Employed by the Landman Group, an agricultural business in the Lowveld of South Africa producing citrus, mango and butternut. I managed the packing facility which processed around 3,500 tons of mango and 15,000 tons of citrus annually. Further responsibilities included liaising with marketing and export agents, as well as building the internal marketing capacity of the Landman Group.

I was part of the team responsible for recruiting the entire team for Pinsent Manson's South African office.

Assisted on advising listed and non-listed clients on corporate and commercial, mining and environmental law matters, including, without being limited to, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, due diligence investigations and broad based black economic empowerment transactions.Drafting of various agreements and transaction documents, which include, without being limited to, memoranda of incorporation, shareholders'​ agreements, sale of shares agreements, sale of business agreements, lease agreements, option agreements, service agreements, board and shareholders' resolutions and applications in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 28 of 2002.Legal research and the written and verbal presentation thereof.Assisted on various magistrate court and high court application and action litigation proceedings.
