I am a creative professional who is dedicated to creating safe and inclusive spaces that elevate brand reputation and consumer interaction. I use my experience in business and aptitude for the arts to engage with brand audiences and show up for the people I collaborate. I have a Bachelors degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in Media Management from Fordham University. For the past 3 years I've been working in the social media sphere for dancewear retail brands, and have quickly risen from Social Media Intern to Creative Director of Digital Media. In my current role as CD, I have led small teams of designers, implementers, and task managers through the ideation, creation, approval, and implementation processes for digital campaigns across direct e-mail marketing, social media ads, organic search, and native social media channels. I have also designed, overseen, and managed social media ambassador programs that are rooted in diversity, inclusion, and empowerment. I pride myself in upholding a leadership strategy that meets my team members and collaborators where they are with embodied communication to meet business objectives, promote artistic expression, and foster fulfillment.
