As a Modern IT Manager for AMC, I was in charge of ensuring that our cross-departmental teams ensure our clients' operations technically align with industry standards. I am also in charge of lifecycle management, project delivery (QA checking our team projects) and strategizing technology needs with stakeholders. One of the key factors of success in this role is to be able to speak to high-level individuals (CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, etc) and taking their ideas and dissecting them with my teams to be able to take those vague ideas and translate them into technical requirements. This role has me exposed to a lot of different industries from CNC Fabrication all the way to the Musical Instrument Design/Manufacturing

As a hybrid Information and business analyst, my primary directive was to be a liaison between all departments and vendors. Taking technical requirements/jargon and translating them to each stakeholder(s) while also assessing risks and adhering to policies to ensure all department projects were success. This position was also in charge of all Public-Safety related audits and being the main point of technical contact for LA County. In this role I also performed my previous duties as a Police Department focused IT Analyst with the guise of also training and mentoring new IT Staff members (part-time and full-time).

Secured clearance for administration of highly sensitive/classified information for all things related to public-safety.
