As a dedicated public servant with over 15 years of Public Works experience, I am passionate about serving my community and committed to ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our public infrastructure.I currently serve as Facilities Supervisor for Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy. In this role, I supervise and mentor district staff members, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently. I also plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the activities of district lands, facilities, and associated equipment and resources.I excel in managing projects, fostering employee development, and leading teams to achieve their best performance. My ability to communicate effectively, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems has consistently contributed to successfully maintaining and improving public infrastructure. My hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of operational procedures ensure that I can handle a wide range of challenges, positively impacting any team I have been a part of.
