I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania for 3 and a half years and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Economics.I began my career at First Commowealth Bank in Indiana, Pennsylvania as an Application Specialist, reconciling consumer loans. I then moved on to the same position, only reconciling a challenging ATM environement and eventually moved laterally into reconciling in ACH. I then took advantage of the opportunity to become a Senior Business Analyst in the Deposits application. I remained in that position for 4 years and 7 months and added the responsibilities of Securities Repurchase, Commercial Account Analysis, Deluxe and Cornerstone processing as well as the integration of main applications in an FIS environment. I then was given the opportunity to move to Pittsburgh in March 2012 when PNC bank hired me as an ACH Senior Business QA Analyst. I then progressed my career to Business Analyst-IT and Senior Business Analyst Specialist - IT within a payments transformation project. In my previous position for nearly three years, I exposed and developed the skills necessary to decrease challenges and increase efficiency utilizing process improvements and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. I supported the Total PAYments platform application collaborating with the vendor Finastra . Also, while adhering to OCC guidelines and recommendations.I have attended Product Owner training and am certified through the Scrum Alliance through 2025. From 2016-2018 I prioritized the backlog for two crews, managed dependencies and collaborated with risk and service partners to create a dynamic product of the future rather than settling for parity.Currently, I am a Scrum Master integrated within 2 crews in the online banking Small Business experience, (Cash Flow Insights application) that facilitates the management and projection of small business expenses and income.
